Rezi has been building resumes since 2015. It now makes $240K a month
Jacob Jacquet's AI resume builder shows $240,388 in verified MRR and more than $10 million in all-time revenue on TrustMRR.

This story is based on public sources: verified revenue on TrustMRR, the Rezi website and Jacob Jacquet's public profile on X. It is not an interview. Revenue figures were last checked on 4 November 2026.
Most job seekers never meet the software that rejects them. Before a recruiter reads a resume, an applicant tracking system often scans it for structure and keywords, and a stray table or graphic can be enough to filter it out. Rezi was built around that problem, and it has turned it into one of the larger verified businesses on TrustMRR.
The numbers
On TrustMRR, Rezi shows $240,388 in MRR from 9,982 active subscriptions. All-time revenue is $10,484,676, and revenue in the last 30 days was $211,338. The revenue is verified through a Stripe API key, and the listing ranks Rezi #13 on the site.
The listing says Rezi was founded in May 2015 in the United States and is VC-backed. It reports about 4.5 million users, and the company says it gets about 1 million new users every year.
What it does
Rezi's pitch is simple: "Build, improve, and tailor your resume with AI." The product scores a resume, rewrites bullet points and summaries, scans for the keywords a job posting asks for, and generates cover letters. The website now calls itself the "#1 AI Resume Builder" as ranked by Forbes and says 4.8 million job seekers have used it.
Pricing on TrustMRR is a free tier, a Pro plan at $29 a month and a $149 lifetime option.
A decade before the AI wave
The founding date is the detail that stands out. Rezi started in 2015, years before "AI resume builder" became a crowded category. It was already focused on getting resumes past applicant tracking systems when large language models arrived, which gave it a product, an audience and search traffic to build on. TrustMRR lists its Ahrefs Domain Rating at 72 out of 100.
The product has kept expanding into where job seekers now spend time. The website lists an AI Resume Agent, a mobile app for swiping through job matches, a Chrome extension that auto-fills applications and a Rezi Resume MCP that lets people manage resumes from inside AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude.
Beyond job seekers
Rezi is also selling to institutions. According to the TrustMRR listing, Rezi Enterprise supports more than 300 organizations, including one Fortune 500 company and multiple universities. The company says it is working on a way for companies to connect with job seekers directly, "while bringing transparency to job seekers."
The founder
Jacob Jacquet describes himself on X as CEO of Rezi and says he is "building the best resume software in the world." His profile lists his location as Gangnam, Seoul, and he has about 3,800 followers.
Why it matters
Rezi is a reminder that many of the biggest "AI" businesses were not started as AI businesses. It spent years solving a narrow, painful problem for job seekers, and when the technology changed it was in position to use it. More than $10 million in verified lifetime revenue later, it is still the same idea: help people get their resume read.
